Comfort and recent equipments

Our apartments will offer well-being and freedom.

Sheets and bath towels are changed each week.  Beds are ready at your arrival and you are provided with sheets (dishcloths, cleaning products not included).
Our studio and flats are equipped with a bathroom, toilets, a small kitchen, a fridge, a phone, a TV).

Available services :

• Private, closed and free parking (a code is given at your arrival)
• Place for boat- trailer
• Heated swimming pool from April up to september
• Laundry Room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board and iron
• Free Wifi in every apartments and in the lounge of the hotel

Prices include

• Apartment or studio rental from your day of arrival at 4.00 pm to your day of departure at 10.00 am
• Supply of sheets and bath towels, changed once a week
• Water and electricity consumption

Prices do not include

• Compulsory cleaning package : €50 charged on the invoice
• Supply of dishtowels and toilet paper
• Tourist tax (€0.50 per day and per person - subject to change by town council)
• Heating during low saison (€5/day)
• Pets : only small dogs (please specify on the booking form : €7.00 per day per dog ; they must be kept on a lead and cannot be left alone in the flat)

Booking

After validation of your booking request, your reservation takes effect after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.

• In case of shorter stay or full cancellation : no refund of your deposit.
• A deposit of €400 will be requested when giving the keys at your arrival. We give it back at the end of your stay, after inventory.
