Our apartments for 5 people are suitable for handicaps and have good access

The price includes:
The rental of the apartment from the day of arrival from 4pm until the day of departure before 10am
On your arrival the beds will be made up and the bath towels supplied. Sheets and bath towels renewed each week.
The supply of water and electricity

The Price does not include:
Tourist tax: 0.21/ day, per person subject to change by town council. This will be applied from the 1 June to 30 September 2008
kitchen towels, toilet paper and cleaning products

Small dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead and under the responsibility of the owner. The price per animal is 7.00 Euros a day. Please advise us at the time of booking if you would like to bring your pet along.

Booking.
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay with us
Payment is accepted in Euros, Visa, Mastercard or by bank transfer
A guarantee of 120.00 euros is required on your arrival. This amount will be returned to you at the end of your stay after l’etat des lieux
We do ask you to leave the studio/apartment in a perfectly clean condition on your departure.
Alternatively, for a charge of 30 euros, we can arrange for it to be cleaned. Please inform us on the day of arrival or on booking

Cancellation:
A cancellation made more than 25 days before your arrival, will enable your deposit to be fully refunded.
